COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY

 

DESIGNATED OPERATIONS EXCLUSION

 

This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART A.Form CG 00 01 12 07, SECTION I — COVERAGES, COVERAGE A BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY, 2. Exclusions and COVERAGE B PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY LIABILITY, 2. Exclusions and SECTION I — COVERAGES PRODUCTS/COMPLETED OPERATIONS BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY, 2. Exclusions are amended and the following is added:

 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the policy or any endorsement attached thereto, it is agreed that this insurance does not apply to “Bodily Injury” or “Property Damage” arising out of the operations described in the Description of “Your Operations” Schedule contained in this endorsement, regardless of whether such work was conducted by you or on your behalf. This endorsement applies even if other causes contribute to or aggravate the “Bodily Injury” or “Property Damage.”

 

Description of “Your Operations” Schedule:

Any and all Security Guard operations at or involving:

1. Nightclubs, taverns, bars, dance clubs, distilleries, breweries, and/or any other establishment where the primary business purpose is the sale, service, or distribution of alcohol with the exception of wineries and liquor stores;

2. Strip clubs, topless bars, gentleman clubs, exotic dance establishment, and/or any other type of adult entertainment facility;

3. Government owned housing facilities;

4. Shelters, including, but not limited to, homeless shelters, rescue missions, temporary housing, transitional housing, battered victim shelters, women's shelters, emergency shelters, halfway homes, supportive housing, and group homes;

5. Body guarding of athletes, entertainers, and/or celebrities;

6. Screening of passengers or baggage at airports or mass transportation terminals;

7. Bouncing and related activities;

8. Repossessions, foreclosures or collections;

9. Bounty hunting or fugitive recovery;

10. Standing or mobile security at cannabis facilities

11. Special events, including, but not limited to, concerts, festivals, fairs, rallies, sporting events, weddings, parties, and any other gathering in which 5,000 or more people are in attendance per day;

12. Any and all operations pertaining to, for, and at Walmart;

13. Any and all Training operations unless disclosed on the signed security supplemental application at time of bind; and/or

14. Non-security guard operations performed by, or on behalf of, the named insured.
